CHARLIE’S PROMISE

PRODUCED FOR THE KNIFE CRIME AWARENESS CHARITY & SHOWN IN SCHOOLS AND AT EVENTS ACROSS THE COUNTRY.

ROLE: CAMERA & EDIT

Charlie Cosser went to a house party in a small village in West Sussex and never returned home.

The 17 year old was fatally stabbed four times and died of his injuries in hospital two days later. Whilst on life support his father, Martin, promised he would do everything he could to raise awareness of knife crime and prevent another family going through what they had endured.

Using deeply personal archive in the days after the attack and subsequent court case and charity work, Charlie’s close family and friends speak of the trauma of losing a loved one to knife crime.
